MBBS Program Eligibility
Janaki Medical College is affiliated with Tribhuvan University. To qualify to enroll in the MBBS program at the Tribhuvan University, Institute of Medicine (TU IOM), it is mandatory for the MBBS program candidates to have passed 10+2 or equivalent qualifications recognized by universities/boards with physics, chemistry, and Biology (PCB) securing a minimum of 50% in each PCB subject and also in aggregate. The eligible candidates desirous of pursuing the MBBS program must take TU IOM MBBS Entrance Examination. As per the rules and regulations of TU IOM, the final selection and admission will be on a merit basis amongst the passed applicants.
ELIGIBILITY TO APPLY
FOR FOREIGN CANDIDATES:
Qualification: 10+2 years of education or intermediate of science or equivalent with Biology, Physics & Chemistry as main subjects and have secured 50% or above marks in aggregate of all subjects and 50% in PCB separately. Eligible candidates must pass the MBBS Entrance Examination Conducted by Tribhuvan University, Institute of Medicine.
FOR NEPALESE CANDIDATES:
Qualification: 10+2 years of education or intermediate of science or equivalent with Biology, Physics & Chemistry as main subjects and have secured 50% or above marks in aggregate of all subjects and 50% in PCB separately.
